The All India National Life Insurance Employees Federation (AINLIEF) is a trade union representing employees of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC).
It's a left-oriented organization focused on the welfare of insurance sector employees and their rights. All India National Life Insurance Employees Federation has been actively involved in various campaigns and struggles, including those related to the absorption of temporary workers and the rights of terminated employees.
